Motorhomes, fifth wheels and heavily weathered vans are quoted from photos. We don't do gas, electrical, structural or panel repairs, and we'll tell you if your van needs one.

When your tow vehicle and car are detailed at the same property as your caravan job, we apply a same-property combined rate and quote one combined-job price. Tow vehicles and cars can also be booked on their own — quoted from photos as a standalone visit. Mention it with your photos or email and I'll quote from photos.

Every job is photographed from the same angles before and after, with close-ups of any existing marks, so you can see exactly what was done. Every photo set is checked against our quality checklist. If something on the checklist isn't right, I fix it at no cost.
I'm Cameron. I've been detailing since I was 15, and I've got 15 years' experience polishing and protecting vehicles. I do every Van Lustre job myself, and I hold public liability insurance.
Your deposit holds your date and comes off your final price. It's fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the booking, or if I can't do your date. Cancellations inside 48 hours may forfeit the deposit to cover the lost day. For Stage 0, deposits are paid by bank transfer against your invoice (card checkout may come later). South East Queensland, including Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton Bay, the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. Outside these areas? Send a quote request anyway.
Yes. Van Lustre is fully mobile. I come to your home or storage site anywhere in my service area and do the job on site. I just need access to a water tap and a standard power point near the van. No water or power on site? Tell me when you book and I'll quote the add-on.
No, as long as I can get to the van, the tap and the power point on the day. I'll confirm access details when you book.
A wash or a Gloss Refresh takes about a day. A Full Restoration takes about 2 days, New Van Ceramic about a day and a half, and Restore + Ceramic about 3 days, depending on size and condition.

No, those are repair jobs. We'll flag anything we notice in your photos so you can get it looked at.
It depends on the product and how the van is stored and washed. Your quote will name the product and its maker's stated lifespan.
Once the job is done and you've seen the after photos.
Tell us within 48 hours with a photo. If the work doesn't meet our checklist, we'll fix it at no cost. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
